The following describes the sequence of installing your new replacement windows.

You will receive a call from the front office to set a day and time for the gutters and
downspout crew to visit your home.  

It is not required for you to be there and is your option.

Remove existing gutters and downspouts.  We will typically replace them where they
presently exist.  If you would like to change the location of the downspouts please discuss
it with your representative and be sure to put it on your agreement.

We install only .032 gauge gutters which are the thickest gutters on the market.

The gutters will be a 5" K style (6" optional).  There is a misconception that if you have a lot
of leaves a 6" gutter is better.  The fact is that the bigger the gutter the more leaves it will
catch.

All gutters will be spiked into the rafters to assure they won't come out.

Keep in mind that gutters can be level and the water will still run to the hole.

We recommend gutter screens to keep the leaves out as opposed to those very expensive
and not so good looking "gutter helmets".

Standard downspouts are 2"x 3".  If you have lots of leaves you might want to consider a
3"x 4" downspout.

The average gutter job takes approximately 1-3 hours.

Any color changes must be made 72 hours in advance of installation of the project.
